About the Dover Eagle Foundation
The Dover Eagle Foundation was founded in 2009 as a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization. Its mission is to support and enhance educational and developmental opportunities for Dover Area School District students. Through a partnership between families, the Dover Area School District, alumni, and the larger Dover community, the goal of this organization is to contribute to a positive future for the young people of Dover. The Foundation awards classroom grants to educators, provides scholarships to graduating students, and supports other initiatives for the benefit of Dover students.
Student Scholarships
The Foundation awards scholarships to Dover Area High School students who are pursuing higher education. This includes trade schools, two year, or four year degree programs. Classroom Grants
The Foundation is proud to champion the students of the Dover Area School District. One of the primary ways we do this is by awarding grants to our dedicated educators and staff, helping them bring enriching, creative learning experiences into the classroom. Get Involved
Meetings are held on the first Wednesday of every month at 6pm at the Dover Administration Building. Please note that no meetings are held in January or July.

Dover Veterans Memorial
To demonstrate the Dover Area School District's deep appreciation for the brave men and women who serve to protect our country and citizens, the Veterans Memorial Committee and the Dover Area School District created the Dover Area School District Veterans Memorial, which was dedicated on November 11, 2024.
